- Sophie Matthews Review added: 2018.10.29★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Bad experience - we got delivered the wrong worktop, when contacting them the employee on the phone was very rude and blamed us for their mistake. We then got told delivery would be a week due to coming from Manchester but never came.
When contacting again we were assured the delivery time was going to be 9:25am, the guy ended up coming by himself at 2pm.
On delivering and then forgetting to collect the old work top, the man who could barely speak English, returned by himself again and ended up dragging the old worktop all the way along our newly tiled floor despite asking him not to do so. He then continued to drag it over the gravel and grass.
We are repeat customers so are not very happy with this experience.
