- Miss Vini Review added: 2018.01.13★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I had some heavy goods delivered mid July 2016 and the delivery driver tried to place the jumbo sand bag onto my drive where he ended up smashing my mg convertible roof and slighly covered it up with the towpolin.
I rang the company spoke to manger back an forth many times only to be told that the driver has denied it.
No compensation for the damage.
I reported it to the police to which they told me the company are liable and should go through their insurance. Relayed this to the manager and to this day there has been no resolution September 2017. I wouldnt have minded so much if the driver had come to me and told or even admit it to the company. I would have taken it as a pure accident. But the fact that this didn't happen means they have taken the piss.
Won't buy from here again and wouldn't recommend anyone else to.
Poor customer service and management.
