- Lilly Studd Review added: 2018.07.23★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Had an appointment for a full set of eyelash extensions and was told there are 2 different types, one costs £40 another costs £70. I had my eyelashes done believing they were the £40 set as I clarified with the lash technician on the phone AND at the start of my appointment only to get to the till to be charged £70. When I questioned this I was shut down and spoke to by two extremely rude women and was told that apparently I asked for these ones not the £40 set which was wrong, to cut a long story short and terrible customer service I was forced to pay the full 70. To top it off the lashes were done terribly! The technician had used too much glue, (which in fact left my own eyelashes damaged afterwards) and both eyes looked different- I spent the next few days with irritated eyes from where they had been applied so badly had lashes digging into my eyes left right and centre. had to get them removed after about 4 or 5 days because they were just becoming more and more painful. Absolute rip off as it is horrendously over priced. Definitely will not return. Rude people, bad customer service and bad eyelashes!! Would not recommend!!!!
