When I pointed this out to staff, I was told that 'its not their problem as they have nothing to do with Google'. Thanks for wasting everyone's time, because you can't do a simple address change on Google maps.

I had the pleasure to talk to someone call Dean. His knowledge was very helpful. Very up beat and positive. I no nothing about decorating and was made to feel at easy.
